Based on the collections in the UW Libraries, this is a “database of over 400 images of views from Asia and South America with special emphasis on China, India, Japan and other southeast Asian countries. Included are photographs and photographic postcards taken between the 1870s- 1930s.” It has over 200 photos on China (including 44 on Hong Kong) and Japan.
